By registering for and attending the Smith Rock Climbing Festival, I acknowledge that participation in an outdoor festival and camping event involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, risks of personal injury, illness, death, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks.To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue Deschutes County, Oregon; Redpoint Climbers Supply, LLC d/b/a Redpoint: Climbing, Coffee & Taps; the Smith Rock Climbing Festival; and each of their respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, partners, contractors, affiliates, successors, assigns, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") for any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to my attendance at, participation in, or travel to and from the event, including those resulting from the ordinary negligence of any Released Party.By typing my full name and completing my registration, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver, voluntarily agree to its terms, and intend my electronic signature to be legally binding.
